It was game changing for me.
Custom website rebuild — local SEO, services, project gallery, and a free-estimate form that actually converts.

We build and run the stack that actually moves a service shop — pipeline, desk, social, search, and ops — because we hated how agencies treated us when we were on the tools. See the results. Then book coffee in Austin.
The proof is already in the work: 20+ local shops accelerated, 3.2x referral lift, hours returned every week, and jobs booked that would have been missed. See the client stories and before-and-after work below.

The Anti-agency
We hated how marketing agencies treated local shops: long retainers, vague reports, and people who had never run a crew telling operators how to work. TexasMade Automations is the Anti-agency — local operators who build practical systems for operators. We fix the bottlenecks costing you time and jobs, show the work, and stay month-to-month.
How it works
30 minutes. We map your bottleneck — bookings, follow-up, or referrals.
We install the system — 24/7 Desk, booking line, CRM follow-ups, referral engine — wired to your number, calendar, and tools.
Live in days, not months. Trained on your voice, your services, your zip codes.
Weekly reports. Continuous tuning. We only win when you do.
Features
The after-hours layer. A hired desk for the job you hate staffing — nights, quote chase, reviews, or intake. It answers, books, and routes when your office is closed. Customers text and call it. You text it like a person. We build it, watch it, and send you the Friday rundown.
The phones layer of your OS. Answers every call, books jobs, and syncs to your calendar — 24/7.
The pipeline layer. Automatic ask, track, reward. Turns happy customers into a steady flow of new jobs.
The follow-up layer. Multi-touch SMS + email sequences that recover cold quotes before they go cold for good.
The reputation layer. Review requests timed to peak-happy moments.
The safety net. Never lose a lead to voicemail again. Instant, in your voice.
The command layer. Weekly reports on jobs won, sources, and dollars in the door.
Live demo
A Google Sheet that tracks every referral, a system that writes the follow-up, and a reward that ships automatically. That's the whole magic trick.

Hey Maria,
Just wrapped Jesse's move this morning — smooth as Hill Country pavement. Because you sent him our way, your $50 Amex reward is on the way (check your inbox tomorrow).

About · Based in Austin, TX
Bernie and Luis met in the field — one professionally welding, the other running a local moving company right here in Central Texas. They started TexasMade Automations in Austin because they were tired of watching local operators get sold overpriced, under-delivering "smart" by out-of-state agencies that never answered a work call. We serve Austin service businesses first — and yes, you can meet us face-to-face.

Marine Corps Iraq combat veteran with multiple decades in the trades. After service in his early 20s he built a career as a professional welder and hardscaper — constructing decks, fences, awnings, and custom metalwork from the ground up. He earned his welding certifications while running real crews, managing job sites, and learning firsthand how hard it is to build the business and work in it at the same time.

Runs a local moving company that completes 900+ jobs a year with an average ticket around $1,000 and a huge repeat-customer base. After watching peers get price-gouged by out-of-state agencies that under-delivered, he built the automations that worked in his own company first — then decided to offer them to other local business owners.
